Boy Scouts at Big Surf
Big Surf has long been a favorite destination for Boy Scouts and Girl Guides from across Missouri, and it’s easy to see why! Our facilities are clean, safe and packed with fun activities that all ages can enjoy.
When you come as a group with your fellow scouts, it’s more fun than ever, and you can learn a thing or two about community and friendship, as well as having all the fun you can handle. And if you let us know you’re coming in advance, we’ll see if we can’t put on some special, scout-themed activities, just for your group.
There is no formal Boy Scout Day this season, but that means that you and your pack can come whenever’s most convenient for you! Call, or email, Jennifer at (573) 346-6111 to discuss how we can make your group’s outing the best yet.
And remember, a day out at Big Surf isn’t just about our thrilling water rides. There’s also a wide variety of fun “dry” activities to enjoy to enjoy, ranging from beach volleyball to ping-pong. If you wish, you can arrange for the exclusive use of any of our facilities so that you can stage your own tournament for your group.
We offer a variety of exclusive areas that you can reserve just for your scout group, depending on your wishes and the size of your party. Choose one of our shaded picnic areas, or if you prefer you can reserve our elegant covered pavilion which houses up to 160 people.
You have a variety of dining options (a minimum of 75 people required):
