I’m writing this letter on behalf of my entire family to express our sincere thanks for yet another fantastic time at Big Surf! The vacations my family have spent at Big Surf Waterpark have been the foundation for many good times and happy memories. Although we reside on the East Coast, when we arrive at the park gate it’s like a homecoming for the family. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more willing to help a hand if needed.

It wasn’t very long ago on one of our first trips to Lake of the Ozarks that the wading pool and fountains of Tropical Splash Island and the lazy river provided all the entertainment our young family could handle. While the wave pool continues to be fun for kids of all ages, now with the children growing up, the excitement of Zambezi Falls (our favorite), the space bowl, the flumes and raging rapids satisfies the hunger of our thrill loving family.

Speaking of hunger--our hats off to the chef. The food at the Zebra Cantina satisfies even the pickiest appetites! From the burgers and burritos to the French fries and frozen concoctions, the craving for food after a few hours in the park is easily satisfied without making any sacrifices in quality or quantity. As a matter of fact, the only thing that exceeds the quality of the food is the quality of the pleasant, well-mannered employees who serve us with a smile.

For a family-oriented, fun time nothing is better than cooling down on a hot summer day at Big Surf! We can’t wait for our next trip. Thanks again.

What a wonderful day!   We had a blast from start to finish.   We couldn’t get our five year-old out of the wave pool, except to go down those slides!   He was exhausted by the end of it all.   Perfect!   The food was great too – what a nice surprise.   We can’t wait to come back next year!

I visited Big Surf Waterpark with my family last July.   We all had a fantastic day out.   The facilities are superb with lots of pools and slides and surprises for kids of different ages.   The food was good, the whole park was clean.   I thought it was wonderful value for money.   I would definitely recommend it for a family day out.

Big Surf greeted us with warm smiles, warm weather and big anticipation. Our son Peyton waded right into Splash Island with dad in tow and eventually I believe we did splash most of the water out of that pool. His mom took it easy and relaxed, because he was safe and under the watchful eye of many staff. Dad used those watchful eyes too, or maybe I just raised a few eyebrows, I know mine were, as I went over the Zambezi Falls!  We finished a most enjoyable day with a family float down the Lazy River. Thanks Big Surf for a day of fun and sun for my whole family.
